Q: How do I return my order?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund or store credit. All returned items must be in unused condition. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Your refund or store credit will include the price of the bag and any taxes paid. It will not include any original shipping charges.

To return your, order simply log into your account and click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return. Click the "Proceed to Return Process" link located at the bottom of the page. (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 30 day period). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs except in cases where the wrong item was sent or defective merchandise. Once the return is authorized you will be notified by email. Send your item to the following address:

Once received our staff will inspect it within 48 hours. If acceptable, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days (i.e., Credit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout). You will be notified by email once processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days before showing up on your account statement.

Q: I ordered as a Guest or received the item as a gift. How do return an item?

To return, simply send back the bag and a copy of the invoice/packing slip to address below. Make sure to state "Refund" or "Store Credit" and an email address in case we need to contact you.

Q: Do you process exchanges or store credits?

A: Yes. ModernManBags offers store credits for returned items. Store credits do not require a 10% restocking fee. Simply follow the return process outlined above and select "Store Credit" instead of Refund. You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange your order for a store credit. 

Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit for the actual amount paid for the item returned. This credit is applied to your account and can be used anytime during the ModernManBags checkout process.
